The red moon and random postscrips

Image
"Ok malam ni kena tidur awal, esok nak bangun pagi tengok bulan" ..... Dang! Missed the chance! No, it's not because we didn't woke up, but because it was TOO early. And after several times of going out to the freezing cold checking for the moon I gave up and came back to sleep, only then I realised that the moon had gone. No more moon for that day. Well I'm not that sad. I'm pretty sure I'd seen the red moon before. Wait, I am so sure of that. Perhaps it was one of the lunar eclipse moment even though I had no idea why the moon was so red at that time. So I have that in mind :) This is one of the most stunning shot taken during the eclipse. Subhanallah. Winter : Let's own it!

It is already my second winter! How could I not like the smell of winter when it's so refreshing. Meanwhile, inside, the seeds are growing, waiting for the spring to come after. As taken from a source, it was narrated from Ibn Mas’ud that he sai d: "Most welcome is Winter! In it the blessings descend, and the night becomes long for Qiyaam, and the day becomes short for Siyaam (fastin g).” And so, let us make use of the time and hoping for a better coming Ramadhan. The Westpac Building Story

Image
We learned about this in our today's Construction Management class - the last class of the sem ^_^ Location: Westpac Building, Currie St. Adelaide. Long time ago, this piece of extra large pre-casted concrete beam was lifted up there by using the power of 4 cranes (simultaneously), in which the surrounding (present at that time) buildings were being obstacles for cranes to work. The construction team did a very good job regardless the difficulties that happened. What say you? Undoubtedly, Teamwork is important . Cooperation being the prescription . To bring up Islam, it's not only his/her responsibility, BUT all of us. Should we gather our hands, when Allah wills, Islam will soar. :)

"We are the technicians"

Image
Yesterday we were using this study room in the library for more than 2 hours since nobody's coming to claim their turn. Suddenly 2 guys came, standing right in front of the door looking at me. Then I asked, "did you guys booked this room?" They looked puzzled and said, "sorry? you have to book this room?" "no, I mean did you booked this room?" I repeat. They both were so blurred and then replied, "oh no no, we are the technicians." Oh ok... *embarrassed*
